absolutely low-class experience. frozen in my stone bed, even two duvets couldn't save me. i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but got nothing. the food prices are ludicrous, tasteless food meant for staff gatherings, not guests. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t. avoid this disappointment.

The staff were incredibly helpful they coordinated a late-night pickup without issue. The room was very clean and comfortable giving a good rest after a long journey. The terrace view was stunning overlooking the landmark made for perfect evenings. City views were delightful especially at sunset.

Akshay, our host, went above and beyond by organizing an unforgettable desert tour and even introducing us to local Holi celebrations, enriching our time in Jaisalmer. If I could suggest anything, it would be to ensure that water supply is consistent, as we experienced a brief shortage one afternoon.

In cold weather, stone beds and inadequate heating make for a chilly stay as the cold seeps up through poor mattresses. While there’s a restaurant, the ambiance feels off, as there seems to be more of a gathering of staff’s friends rather than guests.
